The range of Frigomeccanica Ice Cream Display Cases includes professional ventilated Premium, Magnum, Artika, Visual, Elettra, Prima, Fusion & Twin display cases, which is suitable for professional and top quality ice cream shops, ducted to the pastry cases of the same series and illuminated with high brightness LEDs.
The collection, all Made in Italy, also includes ALBA and Alba Squared, the professional ventilated ice-cream display case which fit in smaller spaces but with the quality of the larger display cases.
Premium
is a new range of professional showcases for ice-cream, pastry products and confectionery. a perfect balance between technology and design. Premium is available in the two heights of 120 and 137 cm and in three different lengths, all of which may be canalised with each other. Two different heights for two different approaches between customer and product. Flush display top with no barriers for a perfect view of the product, even from a distance. The ice-cream showcase has dual-ventilation refrigeration with multiple ows which improves conservation of the ice-cream and maintains a constant temperature in all the tubs, even when the ice-cream is above the edge of the tub.
Pozzetti Ice Cream
POZZETTI MODULES WITH GLYCOL OR FORCED-AIR REFRIGERATION
Pozzetti modules with glycol refrigeration are the most traditional way of storing ice-cream; a salt and water mixture, or brine, used to be employed as a low temperature conductor in the past, but now a mixture of water and food-approved glycol, combine in the right proportions, is used.
Pozzetti modules with forced-air ventilation are the modern variant on the traditional type. The low temperature is conveyed through the module by fans which move the air and distribute it evenly around the tubs.

FOR EXTREME ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Display cabinet model with single or dual fan-assisted refrigeration with aerodynamic design, including glass styled for optimal display of home-made ice-cream. The tempered glass top shelf is an effective labour-saving feature. Lighting is by LEDs, the glass opens downwards and the nish is available in any of the many RAL range colours.

Unique of its kind with height H147 cm, VISUAL is rich and sumptuous. It has 3 shelves with LED lighting and heated glass with hydro-lift pistons for upward opening. It is highly versatile since it is available in freezer or refrigerator versions with ambient or heated shelves, for ice- cream, confectionery or chocolate. Heated and ambient surfaces on request.
